Voice Engineer
Brought on board to take over and complete the VOIP conversion project for the previous engineer who passed away suddenly in September. The scope of the project was the upgrade and conversion of various legacy telephone systems in field offices to the Cisco Unified Communications product. Prepared the Avaya legacy systems and user data for conversion to Cisco UC. Once that portion of the project was completed, a Cisco Certified Voice Engineer was brought in to complete the project.
